Working principle
The direct drinking water system adopts a complete closed-loop water purification process consisting of multi-stage pretreatment, RO reverse osmosis fine filtration, sterilization and pressure stabilization transportation. The raw water is first treated with quartz sand, activated carbon, and precision filtration to effectively remove sediment, suspended solids, residual chlorine, odors, and large particulate impurities, protecting the core water purification membrane components at the back end.
Through high-precision RO reverse osmosis system for deep desalination and purification, harmful substances such as heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, organic matter, and dissolved salts are intercepted in the water, producing purified water that meets the standard; Equipped with ultraviolet/ozone sterilization device and constant pressure water supply network at the end, it inhibits the growth of bacteria in the pipeline, ensures the full circulation of live water and fresh water quality, and achieves 24-hour stable direct water supply.
Equipment configuration
The entire direct drinking water system consists of five modules: water purification host, stable pressure water storage, circulating transportation, intelligent control, and terminal water intake. - Food grade pipeline body: The entire machine and conveying pipelines are made of food grade stainless steel/sanitary grade pipes, which are pollution-free, corrosion-resistant, and do not breed bacteria, and comply with public drinking water hygiene standards..
