Working principle

The ultra pure water equipment adopts a multi-stage pretreatment+two-stage RO reverse osmosis+EDI electro deionization+polishing mixed bed progressive deep purification process, with layer by layer fine filtration and step-by-step purification. Pre processing intercepts large particle impurities, residual chlorine, and colloids to protect the backend precision system; Double stage reverse osmosis achieves high desalination pretreatment, removing the vast majority of dissolved salts and organic matter.

Further desalination is achieved through EDI electric desalination technology, continuously removing trace ions from water without the need for acid-base regeneration, replacing traditional mixed bed processes; Finally, the polished mixed bed terminal is refined to thoroughly remove trace impurities, resulting in a stable water resistivity of 18M Ω· cm, achieving industrial grade ultra pure water standards, fully automated circulation purification, and no fluctuations in water quality.

Equipment configuration

  • Multi stage pretreatment system: quartz sand, activated carbon, softening filtration, and precision security multiple pre filtration, effectively removing sediment, suspended solids, residual chlorine, and hardness impurities, stabilizing the incoming water quality, and protecting the precision membrane components and EDI module at the back end.
  • Dual stage reverse osmosis system: equipped with high desalination rate and low-pressure RO membrane, dual stage filtration significantly reduces the salt content and total organic carbon (TOC) of water, providing high-purity pre water source for ultrapure water preparation, with a stable desalination rate of ≥ 99%.
  • EDI electric desalination system: using industrial grade anti pollution EDI modules, no need for acid-base regeneration, continuous deep desalination, effectively removing trace anions and cations in water, stable effluent quality, green environmental protection, and convenient operation and maintenance.
  • Polishing mixed bed refining system: Terminal ultra purification resin filtration captures residual trace ions and impurities in the water, accurately increases the water resistivity, and ensures that the effluent is stable and meets the top laboratory and semiconductor ultra pure water standards.
  • Intelligent PLC automatic control system: touch screen fully automatic operation, supporting automatic water production, constant pressure water supply, timed flushing, real-time online monitoring of water quality, fault alarm, water shortage overload protection, remote monitoring of core data such as resistivity and water production volume, without the need for dedicated personnel on duty.
  • High end anti-corrosion body pipeline: The whole machine is made of SS304/SS316L stainless steel material, with seamless welding of sanitary grade pipelines, no dead corners, no secondary pollution, anti-corrosion and acid and alkali resistance, meeting the requirements of clean production in the precision industry.
  • Optional supporting system: It can be equipped with TOC degradation, UV sterilization, ultrafiltration terminal filtration, nitrogen stabilization, and online water quality monitoring system, suitable for ultra high precision and harsh water use conditions.
