Working principle

The nanofiltration equipment adopts low-pressure selective nanofiltration technology, with precise control of membrane pore size between 0.001 μ m and 0.01 μ m, and a cut-off molecular weight of 200-1000Da. Relying on the dual effects of charge adsorption and physical screening of the nanofiltration membrane, under low-pressure conditions, it efficiently intercepts impurities such as calcium and magnesium ions, sulfates, heavy metals, macromolecular organic compounds, and microorganisms in water, achieving water softening and deep purification.

At the same time, the equipment allows some beneficial ions to pass through, retaining natural minerals in the water body, which is different from the non mineralized water quality of reverse osmosis pure water. Paired with a fully automatic forward and backward flushing system, it can effectively prevent the accumulation of impurities on the membrane surface, continuously stabilize the membrane flux, and support 24-hour continuous fine water purification operations.

  • High precision nanofiltration membrane module: using anti pollution low-pressure nanofiltration membrane, with excellent selective filtration performance, hardness removal rate ≥ 95%, organic matter retention rate ≥ 98%, washability, anti-oxidation, stable flux, and long service life.
  • Intelligent PLC control system: Fully automatic touch operation, supporting automatic water production, timed flushing, real-time pressure difference monitoring, fault alarm, water shortage and low pressure protection, no need for dedicated personnel to be on duty, and can be connected to remote monitoring systems.
  • Anti corrosion and durable body pipeline: The frame, filter tank, and water pipeline are made of SS304 food grade stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, rust proof, and free of secondary pollution. It is suitable for complex working environments such as humidity, dust, acid and alkali.
  • Optional supporting system: can be equipped with scale inhibition and dosing device, ultraviolet sterilization, precision filtration, stable pressure water storage system, suitable for high-end water purification, material purification, deep softening and other high demand scenarios.
