Operating principle

UV sterilizer adopts UVC deep ultraviolet physical inactivation technology, with 254nm high-efficiency sterilization ultraviolet wave band as the core, and uses high-energy ultraviolet photons to puncture the cell wall of microorganism, destroy the nucleic acid structure of bacteria, virus, coliform, algae and other microorganism, block their reproduction and metabolism ability, realize instantaneous inactivation, and eliminate the problem of water microorganism breeding and exceeding the bacterial population from the root.

The water to be treated flows into the closed sterilization chamber at a constant speed through the equipment inlet, and the water flow forms a uniform turbulence in the chamber and fully contacts the UV radiation area; High-precision UV lamp can continuously output stable and high-energy UV light, radiate water in all directions without dead angle, and complete microorganism inactivation in a short time; The sterilized clean water flows out of the equipment quickly to complete the whole set of physical disinfection process. Electric automatic cleaning system can be selected for the equipment to regularly wipe the quartz sleeve, eliminate scale and adhesion of mucosa to block ultraviolet light, and continuously guarantee the sterilization efficiency; Equipped with intelligent electric control system, it can monitor the equipment operation status and lamp tube life in real time, automatically give an alarm in case of abnormality, stably disinfect for 24 hours in the whole process, and the effluent bacteria group indexes continuously meet the standards.

Equipment configuration

• Electronic control system of intelligent ballast: it is equipped with special ballast with stable voltage adaptability and strong anti-interference, supports instantaneous start and constant temperature operation, and has multiple protection against overload, short circuit and overheating, so as to extend the service life of the lamp tube.
• Automatic cleaning device (optional): it is an electro-mechanical automatic cleaning component, which can automatically wipe dirt and scale on the surface of the bushing at fixed time. It is unnecessary to shut down the machine for cleaning, so as to continuously guarantee the ultraviolet light transmission efficiency and sterilization effect.
