Operating principle
Low-voltage DC electrolysis dilute brine process is adopted for sodium hypochlorite generator. The salt is dissolved in water and configured into low-concentration brine, which is sent to the closed electrolytic cell. The titanium base coating electrode is electrified to generate electrolytic chemical reaction, and sodium hypochlorite disinfection solution is generated on site. The by-product hydrogen is safely discharged out of the room through a special system.
The tap water enters the salt dissolution unit, the common salt is mixed into qualified dilute brine, and the impurities are filtered and removed before being delivered to the electrolytic cell; Under the action of DC power supply, dilute brine electrolyzes between titanium electrodes to generate sodium hypochlorite; The generated disinfection liquid flows into the light-proof anti-corrosion storage tank for storage; The system is linked with the dosing pump to accurately add the disinfection solution to the water body to be treated. The strong oxidation of hypochlorous acid destroys the structure of microbial protein to achieve sterilization and inactivation. The built-in temperature, liquid level and hydrogen concentration of the equipment are subject to multiple monitoring, and automatic alarm protection is provided for over-high temperature, abnormal liquid level and over-standard hydrogen; Support automatic acid cleaning function, regularly remove scaling on electrolytic polar plate, stabilize electrolytic efficiency, guarantee continuous and stable production of qualified disinfection solution for 24 hours, and realize on-site preparation and use upon production.
Equipment configuration
The whole set of skid-mounted equipment is integrated, corrosion resistant, with perfect safety protection, and is suitable for 24 hours of continuous chlorination and disinfection. The core configuration is as follows:
- Soluble salt water distribution unit: PE/PP anti-corrosion soluble salt tank, equipped with automatic water replenishment, mixing, precision filter, automatic configuration of dilute salt water, filtration of salt residue impurities, protection of electrolytic cell core components.
- Core electrolytic cell assembly: titanium base ruthenium iridium coated electrode group, corrosion resistance, high current efficiency; Enclosed electrolytic chamber, with heat dissipation and cooling structure, ensures long-term stable electrolytic operation and is the core chlorination component of the equipment.
- Intelligent rectifier power supply: high-frequency constant-current rectifier converts alternating current into low voltage DC current, real-time display of voltage and current, overload and over-temperature protection to ensure safe and efficient electrolysis.
- Liquid storage and dosing system: light-proof and anti-corrosion sodium hypochlorite storage tank, corrosion resistant metering dosing pump, valve pipeline components, which can quantitatively add the disinfection liquid to the water treatment system.
