Operating principle

The variable frequency and constant pressure water supply equipment adopts the closed-loop PID intelligent variable frequency and stable pressure regulation technology, and realizes the full-automatic constant pressure variable water supply through the closed-loop control logic of real-time pressure acquisition, signal feedback, variable frequency speed regulation and automatic stable pressure.

When the equipment is running, the high-precision pressure sensor collects the water pressure signal of the pipe network in real time and synchronously transmits it to the intelligent frequency conversion control system; The system accurately compares the real-time pressure with the set stable pressure value, and dynamically regulates the operating speed and the number of pumps put into operation according to the peak and valley load of water consumption. In peak water consumption period, the pump will be accelerated automatically to compensate the pressure of pipe network and ensure sufficient and stable water pressure; During the low water consumption period, the speed will be reduced automatically for sleep and the equipment will operate alternately to avoid the no-load energy consumption and frequent start and stop of the equipment. Multi-pump units automatically rotate and work in balance, effectively extending the service life of the equipment, and the pressure fluctuation error in the whole process is ≤ ± 0.01MPa. At the same time, liquid level protection, shutdown due to water shortage, overload protection and water hammer elimination logic are provided to eliminate idling, pipe burst, overpressure and other failures. 24 hours of continuous output of constant pressure clean water realizes efficient, stable and energy-saving full-automatic pressure stabilizing water supply.
