Operating principle

The medical wastewater flows into the equipment pretreatment unit by gravity through the pipe network, and the gauze, debris and suspended impurities are intercepted through the mechanical grid and the regulating tank to balance the water quality and quantity and buffer the concentration fluctuation of the medical wastewater and the chemical impact; Then enter the physicochemical flocculation unit, add special reagent for flocculation and precipitation, and remove water colloid, heavy metal, residual reagent and most suspended solids; Homogeneous sewage enters the anaerobic+aerobic biochemical system, decomposes organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants by relying on high-efficiency biobiota, greatly reducing water pollution indicators; Biochemical effluent enters the precise precipitation unit to complete the mud and water separation, and the sludge is regularly disinfected and cleaned to eliminate the spread of bacteria; Finally, enter the terminal enhanced disinfection unit to thoroughly inactivate the virus, bacteria and pathogenic microorganism in the water through ozone, ultraviolet or hypochlorous acid multiple sterilization process to eliminate the infectious risk. The whole process intelligently monitors the water quality and equipment working conditions, automatically regulates the operating parameters, and ensures that the effluent continuously and stably reaches the standard and meets the sewage discharge standard.

Equipment configuration

The whole machine adopts integrated configuration, anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion, airtight and leak-proof, thorough sterilization, stable operation, and is suitable for 24h continuous blowdown of medical institutions and high standard environmental protection operation and maintenance conditions. • Sludge disinfection treatment module: independent sludge precipitation and disinfection unit. The sludge shall be cleaned and transported regularly after sterilization to avoid secondary pollution of the sludge containing bacteria and meet the sludge treatment specifications.
• Terminal enhanced disinfection system: integrated ozone/ultraviolet/hypochlorous acid multiple sterilization module, dual disinfection guarantee, complete inactivation of various pathogenic microbes, fecal coliform compliance rate of 100%, and elimination of sewage infectious risk.
