Operating principle

Small sewage treatment equipment adopts the combined process of pretreatment+anaerobic biochemical+aerobic contact oxidation+sedimentation and disinfection, multi-stage partition and sequential purification of sewage, streamlined and efficient process, and suitable for small sewage conditions with large water fluctuation.

The sewage first enters the regulating grid area to intercept hair, plastic bags and large particle suspended solids, balance water quality and quantity and buffer the fluctuation of sewage concentration; Sewage flows into the anaerobic zone automatically, and the anaerobic bacteria decompose macromolecular organics to improve the biodegradability of sewage; Then, it enters the aerobic biochemical zone, and the aeration system continuously supplies oxygen. A large number of microbial membranes are attached to the surface of the biological filler to absorb and oxidize the decomposition of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen; The biochemical mixed liquid flows into the inclined tube sedimentation tank to realize mud-water separation, the settled sludge automatically returns to the biochemical system, and a small amount of residual sludge is cleaned and transported regularly; The supernatant enters the disinfection unit and is disinfected by ultraviolet or agent to kill harmful bacteria groups. Finally, it is discharged to the standard or recycled. The whole process is mature and stable, with low operation noise and controllable peculiar smell.

  • Inclined tube sedimentation component: hexagon honeycomb inclined tube filler, fast sedimentation speed, good solid-liquid separation effect, effective retention of suspended sludge, guarantee clear water.
  • Terminal disinfection module: UV disinfection and chemical disinfection devices can be selected to remove coliform and meet the sanitary indicators of emission and recycling.
  • Intelligent electric control system: integrated PLC full-automatic control, one-key start and stop, fault alarm, overload and water shortage protection, long-term unattended operation, simple operation.
  • Optional supporting system: dephosphorization dosing device, anti-freezing insulation layer, soundproof device and online water quality monitoring module can be installed, which is applicable to high phosphorus sewage, low temperature and high standard acceptance conditions.
