Operating principle

The integrated dosing device adopts the continuous operation process of automatic chemical dissolution+mixing homogenization+metering and dosing.

The solid agent is put into the dissolving tank from the feeding port, the water inlet system automatically replenishes water, and the stirring motor drives the blade to continuously stir, so that the agent is fully dissolved and mixed evenly; Liquid medicine overflows into the chemical storage tank and is left for curing. The metering pump continuously delivers the liquid to the pipeline or reaction tank according to the set flow.

The supporting liquid level sensor and pH/ORP online instrument can realize linkage control: automatically adjust the dosage according to the water quality parameters, automatically alarm at low liquid level and protect against water shortage, so as to realize intelligent closed loop dosing, ensure stable concentration of the agent and controllable dosage, and avoid reagent waste or substandard water quality caused by insufficient dosage.

Equipment configuration

The modular integrated layout of the whole machine is stable in operation and easy to operate. It is suitable for 24h continuous dosing. The core configuration is as follows:

• Main body of the chemical tank: PE anti-corrosive box/stainless steel box, acid and alkali resistant, anti-seepage and leak-proof, not easy to age, divided into dissolution box and storage box of double bin structure, to prevent direct addition of agent not fully dissolved.
• Mixing system: vertical mixing motor+anti-corrosion blade, uniform mixing, preventing agent precipitation and caking, and guaranteeing stable concentration of agent.
• Metering dosing unit: electromagnetic/mechanical diaphragm metering pump, with continuous adjustable flow, high metering accuracy and corrosion resistance to various chemical media.
• Automatic water inlet component: ball float valve/electric water inlet valve, automatic water replenishment, maintaining reasonable liquid level of the box without manual care.
• Liquid level monitoring module: high and low liquid level switch, low liquid level alarm and ultra-low liquid level interlock pump shutdown to prevent idling damage of metering pump.
• PLC intelligent control system: it supports local manual/automatic mode, and can connect online pH, turbidity and residual chlorine instruments to realize linkage frequency conversion feeding and failure sound and light alarm.
• Pipeline valve components: PVC/stainless steel pipeline, safety valve, back pressure valve, filter, relief valve, to ensure pipeline safety and smooth liquid transmission.
• Optional supporting systems: dry powder automatic powder feeder, online water quality monitoring instrument, remote monitoring platform, insulation and heat tracing device and dilution mixer.
