Operating principle

The precision filter adopts the principle of physical micropore retention and screening. Under the action of pressure, the raw water enters the tank from the water inlet and is filtered from outside to inside through the filter element. Relying on the surface and internal micropore structure of the filter element, it can accurately intercept the residual solid particles, impurities, suspended solids, colloid and other harmful substances in the water, and only allow clean water molecules to pass through, so as to achieve fine purification of water quality.

The clean water after precision filtration flows from the filter element center to the equipment outlet and is stably delivered to the back-end host equipment; Impurities are all retained outside the filter element and inside the micropore. When there is excessive accumulation of impurities and the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet rises, the filter element can be replaced to quickly recover the filtration performance. The overall filtration precision is uniform, the outlet water is stable and there is no filtration dead angle, which continuously provides high standard water inflow guarantee for the back-end precision water treatment equipment.

Equipment configuration

The whole machine adopts industrial grade stainless steel one-piece molding, pressure-tight sealing structure, precision fitting of accessories and 24h continuous water purification working condition. The core configuration is as follows:

• Stainless steel filter tank body: it is made of SS304/SS316L food grade and industrial grade stainless steel, integrally welded and formed, resistant to pressure, corrosion, aging, extremely strong sealing property, no leakage, no secondary pollution of water quality, suitable for complex industrial working conditions of acid, alkali and moisture.
• High-precision filter element: PP melt blown filter element, folding filter element, activated carbon filter element, titanium rod filter element and other types are optional, with precision covering 0.5 μ m, 1 μ m, 5 μ m, 10 μ m, 20 μ m, 50 μ m and 100 μ m, large dirt holding capacity, uniform filtration and stable precision.
• Precision filter element framework assembly: standard multi-core fixed filter rod support, stable installation, uniform stress, no shaking and no migration of filter element under the impact of high pressure water flow, ensuring the stability of the whole filtration process.
• High-pressure sealing system: thickened silicone and fluorine rubber sealing rubber rings are adopted, which are resistant to high temperature and tightly sealed, eliminate water leakage, water seepage and air leakage and adapt to high-pressure water inflow conditions.
• Pressure monitoring instrument: high-precision pressure gauge is provided at the inlet and outlet to monitor the pressure difference inside and outside the tank in real time, so as to visually judge the blocking state of filter element, prompt the replacement of filter element in time and ensure the stable operation of the system.
• Exhaust and blowdown valve system: the automatic exhaust valve at the top and the blowdown valve at the bottom can quickly exhaust the air in the tank and deposit impurities to avoid air blockage and dirt accumulation, and ensure smooth water flow and high filtration efficiency.
• Optional supporting system: differential pressure alarm device, filter element quick-disconnect structure, stainless steel bag filter structure and multi-channel parallel unit can be installed, which is applicable to special working conditions of large flow, high precision and high impurities.
