Working Principle

The ultrafiltration equipment adopts a low-pressure cross-flow filtration process, relying on the pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane to achieve physical screening and purification. Under the push of low-pressure water flow, water molecules and soluble small molecular minerals smoothly pass through the membrane fibers, while impurities such as sediment, suspended solids, colloids, algae, bacteria, macromolecular organic matter, and insect eggs in the water are completely retained, achieving precise solid-liquid separation.

The equipment adopts a cross-flow filtration + automatic flushing structure. The high-speed water flow scours the surface of the membrane fibers, effectively reducing the accumulation of impurities. Coupled with the timed automatic backwash and forward wash processes, it can maintain stable membrane flux for a long time, making it less prone to membrane blockage and attenuation. It is suitable for long-term continuous high-flow water purification operations.

  • Intelligent PLC control system: Fully automatic touch operation, supporting automatic water production, scheduled flushing, differential pressure monitoring, fault alarm, and water shortage protection. No need for dedicated personnel to monitor, and it can be integrated with remote monitoring systems for real-time visibility of equipment status.
  • Stainless steel body pipeline: The frame, pipeline, and filter tank body are made of SS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, pressure-resistant, and washable, without secondary pollution. It is suitable for complex working conditions such as humid environments, outdoor settings, and industrial workshops.
  • Optional supporting systems: It can be equipped with chemical dosing, ultraviolet sterilization, precision security filtration, and clean water storage system, suitable for higher water quality requirements and reclaimed water reuse conditions.
