Operating principle

The self-cleaning filter adopts the pipeline static pressure filtration+full automatic online self-cleaning circulation working mode, and the whole process is divided into two working conditions: normal filtration and automatic cleaning and blowdown. The raw water enters the equipment cylinder tangentially and passes through the high-precision stainless steel filter screen from outside to inside. The clean water body passes through the filter screen and is normally transported to the back-end pipe network. Various solid impurities and particles are retained and attached to the outer wall of the filter screen to complete the precision filtration.

With the continuous accumulation of impurities, the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the equipment gradually rises. When the pressure difference reaches the set threshold or reaches the timing period, the PLC control system automatically starts the cleaning program, opens the blowdown valve, and drives the built-in brush body/dirt suction mechanism to scan and clean the surface of the filter screen in a full range. Impurities are quickly stripped and instantaneously discharged. It only takes 10 – 20 seconds for the whole cleaning process, without water interruption, machine dismantling or affecting the normal operation of the system. After cleaning, it is automatically reset and continuously circulated and stably filtered.

Equipment configuration

The whole machine is integrated with closed pipeline structure, no consumable loss, pressure resistance and corrosion protection. The whole set of industrial configuration is suitable for 24h uninterrupted pipeline working condition. The core configuration is as follows:

• High-strength filter cylinder: SS304/SS316L stainless steel one-piece forged and welded, with strong pressure bearing capacity, corrosion and rust prevention, erosion resistance, no secondary pollution, suitable for outdoor, acid and alkali, moisture and other complex industrial working conditions, long service life.
• High-precision stainless steel filter screen: wedge slot precision filter screen, uniform pore diameter, accurate filtration precision, not easy to deform, repeatedly clean, support 20 μ m - 300 μ m multi-precision customization, completely intercept impurities, large flux, not easy to block.
• Full-automatic cleaning mechanism: built-in stainless steel brush/suction cleaning system is optional, which can scan and clean the filter screen in full area, without cleaning dead angle, completely remove impurities, eliminate hardening, blocking and flux attenuation of the filter screen.
• Intelligent electric control drive system: driven by pure copper reduction motor, stable operation, low noise, sufficient torque, suitable for working conditions with large flow and high impurities, stable operation for a long time without getting stuck and extremely low failure rate.
• Differential pressure+timing dual control system: High-precision differential pressure sensor monitors pipeline pressure in real time, supports differential pressure trigger, timing trigger dual mode automatic cleaning, intelligent operation logic, and adapts to different water quality impurity loads.
• PLC intelligent control system: fully automatic operation with touch control, one-button start and stop, fault self-inspection, overload protection, automatic blowdown, remote monitoring and data upload, and unattended operation in the whole process.
• Optional supporting system: manual standby mode, remote transmission module, front coarse filter, waterproof and explosion-proof electric control, fast blowdown valve can be installed, and it is applicable to high impurity, high pressure and explosion-proof special working conditions.
