Operating principle

Reverse osmosis membrane adopts the principle of high pressure reverse osmosis physical screening, overcomes the natural osmotic pressure of water body by high pressure external force, and realizes the accurate separation of impurities and water molecules. It belongs to high precision pure physical filtration process.

Under the action of high pressure pump, the raw water enters the flow channel of membrane element. The water flows at high speed on the surface of membrane. Only water molecules and trace harmless small molecules are allowed to pass through the membrane layer to form purified water; The macromolecular impurities such as salt, heavy metal, bacteria, colloid and organic pollutants left in the water cannot penetrate the membrane pore and are concentrated and discharged with the residual water to form concentrated water. Completely separate pure water and impurities in the whole process, and continuously produce high purity clean water. During the operation of the equipment, the water flow will scour the membrane surface at a high speed, effectively reducing the accumulation of pollutants. With the coordination of regular chemical cleaning, the high demineralization and high water permeability can be maintained for a long time.

Product structure

Membrane element adopts roll composite structure, multi-layer precision composite molding, stable structure, strong pressure resistance and uniform flux. Core structure configuration is as follows:

  • Polyamide composite membrane: High-end aromatic polyamide material is adopted, with dense desalting layer on the surface and porous support layer composite structure, featuring high desalting accuracy, strong hydrophilic property, large water flow, acid and alkali cleaning resistance and excellent compression tightness.
  • Thickened inlet isolation net: customized and widened flow path isolation net, uniform water flow distribution, effective increase of turbulence effect, reduction of accumulation and adsorption of pollutants and colloid, reduction of pollution blocking rate on membrane surface, and improvement of anti-pollution capacity.
  • Central water collecting pipe: High-strength ABS central water collecting pipe is characterized by smooth water passing, no deformation under pressure, quick collection of pure water through the membrane layer, high water delivery efficiency and no water loss.
  • Sealing rubber ring assembly: imported high-quality waterproof sealing rubber ring with strong sealing property, eliminating water leakage and mixing between raw water and pure water, and ensuring the stability and compliance of effluent quality and purity.
  • Glass fiber protective layer: the outer layer of glass fiber is wound and reinforced, which is resistant to pressure, explosion, impact and abrasion. It can effectively protect the internal film structure and adapt to the continuous operation under high pressure.
  • Precision end cover structure: high-strength anti-skid end cover, suitable for installation of various membrane shells, accurate docking, convenient assembly and disassembly, no looseness or water leakage during operation.
