Working Principle
The integrated pre‑fabricated pump station operates fully automatically via gravity inflow, intelligent liquid‑level sensing and pressurized lifting conveyance. Closed‑loop intelligent control enables stable and efficient performance with no manual intervention.
Sewage and rainwater flow into the station by gravity. The built‑in shredder or basket grille intercepts and shreds debris such as branches, plastic bags and fibrous waste to prevent pump clogging and pipeline silting. As water rises to the preset start‑up level, the PLC system activates submersible sewage pumps to deliver water under pressure to downstream pipelines, wastewater treatment plants or discharge points. Pumps shut down automatically when water drops to the low‑level threshold.
High/low liquid‑level monitoring, high‑level alarm and self‑diagnosis run throughout operation. Multi‑pump units rotate automatically as mutual backups to reduce wear from continuous single‑pump operation. During heavy rainfall, all pumps start simultaneously for fast drainage against waterlogging and guarantee stable pipeline performance.
