Working principle

The integrated treatment equipment for domestic sewage adopts a combination process of multi-stage biodegradation, physical precipitation, and end disinfection, purifying sewage in different areas step by step, and fully automated and sequential treatment, with stable working conditions and strong resistance to impact loads.

The sewage first enters the pre-treatment and regulation zone, where it is intercepted by a grid to remove large particles such as plastic bags, leaves, and suspended solids. At the same time, the water quality and quantity are balanced to solve the problems of large fluctuations and uneven concentration in sewage discharge; Subsequently, the sewage enters the anaerobic zone, where anaerobic bacteria decompose large organic pollutants, degrade COD, break down the structure of sewage impurities, and enhance the biodegradability of the water body; Then enter the anoxic zone and complete denitrification treatment through denitrification reaction to remove total nitrogen from the water body; After entering the aerobic biochemical zone, the efficient composite microbial community quickly adsorbs and decomposes organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, and phosphides in the water, achieving core water purification; The purified water enters the sedimentation zone, completing the separation of mud and water.
