Working principle

The entire water treatment process adopts the pure physical treatment principle of mechanical filtration, high-frequency electromagnetic polarization, and corona sterilization activation. Multiple modules work together to optimize the water quality throughout the entire process, without the intervention of chemical agents, ensuring stable and environmentally friendly operation.

The water flow first enters the front-end precision filter module, which quickly intercepts solid impurities such as sediment, suspended solids, colloids, rust, etc. in the water, reduces water turbidity, and avoids particle accumulation and blockage of the pipeline heat exchanger; Subsequently, the water flows into the high-frequency electromagnetic field treatment area, and the electric field changes the crystal morphology of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, transforming hard needle like crystals into loose flocculent structures, completely losing adhesion, and achieving anti scaling, scale dissolution, and old scale peeling effects. At the same time, the corona effect activates water molecules, destroys bacterial and algal cell membranes and enzyme systems, effectively kills and sterilizes algae, and inhibits the growth of biofouling; Finally, a dense passivation protective film is formed on the inner wall of the pipeline to block oxidation and corrosion reactions, achieve long-term corrosion inhibition and rust prevention, and comprehensively ensure the clean and stable operation of the circulating water system.
